Noell Tarpey is a San Diego native and master painter with more than 33 years of professional experience. Her passion for craftsmanship began in 1993, when she trained under two French faux finish artists who taught her the art and discipline of decorative painting. Over seven years of apprenticeship, she mastered every technique: from intricate European finishes to subtle textures that bring walls to life.
After serving as their lead trainer and supervisor, Noell launched her own interior painting business, quickly earning a reputation for exceptional skill, reliability, and genuine care for her clients’ homes. Over the decades, she has developed several of her own unique faux finishes, each designed to transform ordinary walls and cabinetry into elegant works of art.
